Does the hon. Lady agree that the other scandal with regard to justice in Wales is the fact that large tracts of land, including Montgomeryshire, do not have access to a courtroom? Having been promised a courtroom for Newtown many years ago, there has not been any significant action to construct it. Does she agree that in order for the justice system to work effectively, there has to be local access to courts so that lawyers do not have to drive their own defendants to the court, with all the inconvenience and unacceptable intrusion that that entails?
