Proceeding contribution from Roger Williams (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 28 February 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Welsh Affairs.

Welsh Affairs

Yes, I do. I am trying to be as offensive as possible. This development is probably a symptom of the growing co-operation between Labour and Plaid Cymru in the Assembly. Gentleman at some point—whether the convention will examine the unfair Barnett formula, which fails to reflect the far greater demand on Welsh public services. My guess is that it will not.
