Welsh Affairs

I thank my hon. Friend for that excellent intervention. Another group of people who put on the uniform to serve their country are the police. I am glad to say that as far as I am aware there are as yet no plans to devolve Home Office matters to the Welsh Assembly. [Interruption.] No, not yet, and hopefully not for a very long time.
