Proceeding contribution from David TC Davies (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 28 February 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Welsh Affairs.
Welsh Affairs
I agree, and I shall talk about that issue at greater length on another occasion. The Secretary of State for Wales has a huge task ahead of him. I do not doubt his commitment to Wales, but I do doubt the commitment of his Government to change the policies that need changing in order to deliver on that commitment. I must remind him that if he is unable to make improvements, many Conservative candidates will be willing to do so after the next general election.
