Does the hon. Gentleman agree that this might provide as many opportunities as challenges? He will know that Harper Adams university college in my constituency—an agricultural university—draws in students from Wales and England. Is there not an opportunity for institutions such as Aberystwyth and Harper Adams to collaborate?
