Proceeding contribution from Lord Henley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 10 March 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill.

Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill

I think that this is the first time we have heard the phonetic alphabet used in this House. It ought to be noted and we should congratulate the noble Lord on such use. We have no objection to these amendments. On Question, amendment agreed to.
