Proceeding contribution from Baroness Butler-Sloss (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 10 March 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill.
Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill
I limited my intervention purely and simply to the meaning of the words that the noble Lord, Lord Graham, wished to have deleted. I ask again because the Minister has not responded to my question, which was: what is, "““any other action likely to affect the normal working of a prison””," intended to cover that does not come within the services provided by a prison officer?
