Water Strategy
Will the hon. Gentleman briefly consider the strengths or weaknesses of the increasing block tariff, which allows for cheap basic water for essential purposes, and rather higher rates beyond that, which may be seasonally adjusted as well? That seems to have considerable attractions, does not it?
