moved Amendment No. 8: 8: Clause 38, page 20, line 21, at end insert— ““( ) In exercising its functions, the Committee may— ( ) gather information and carry out research and analysis, ( ) commission others to carry out such activities, and ( ) publish the results of such activities carried out by the Committee or others.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
