Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill
moved Amendment No. 17: 17: Clause 77, page 58, line 34, leave out subsection (2) and insert— ““(2) Section 63(5) of that Act ceases to have effect in relation to government departments other than the Crown Estate Commissioners.”” The noble Baroness said: My Lords, this is a small, consequential amendment to define the extent of the amendment that we won on Report on data protection. I beg to move.
