moved Amendment No. 19: 19: Clause 98, page 76, line 42, leave out from ““and”” to end of line 44 and insert ““either— (i) a sentence of imprisonment or other detention for at least 12 months was imposed for the offence, or (ii) an order equivalent to that mentioned in subsection (3)(a) was made in respect of it,”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
