moved Amendment No. 53: 53: Schedule 5, page 188, line 16, leave out ““1981”” and insert ““2004”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, this is a minor drafting amendment to Schedule 5 to the Bill which inserts new Schedule 15A to the Criminal Justice Act 2003. Paragraph 42 of new Schedule 15A to the Criminal Justice Act 2003 refers to the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.
