Broads Authority Bill (By Order)
Is the hon. Gentleman aware that although it is true that the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 does not allow for direct elections, there are—I am told—facilities within it whereby there can be change in terms of local authorities changing, which would take away the heat about unitary status?
