Health and Social Care Bill
I thank the Minister for her reply, particularly for agreeing to consider Amendment No. 89 on the CQC’s ability to make recommendations to the Secretary of State. I was somewhat disappointed by her lack of response to the rest of the amendments in this group, particularly Amendment No. 101A on it being a function rather than a power. At one stage I believed that we may have moved on—
