Proceeding contribution from Baroness Andrews (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 11 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Housing and Regeneration Bill.
Housing and Regeneration Bill
I do not have a precise timetable for this process, so I will have to write to the noble Viscount. We will have to take advice from the transition team on this point. I will include that in the same letter as I write to the noble Baroness. I stand corrected; we have given it a timetable. My cavalry has done its job here. We have given up to 18 months for the transition period. On Question, amendment agreed to. Clause 69 agreed to. Clause 70 [Low cost rental]:
