Pensions Bill

I said that this was a probing amendment, so I shall not press the point. Instead, I shall ask the Law Society of Scotland to read what the Minister has said. I should just say that we are talking not about initial enrolment but about somebody who chooses not to stay in replacement arrangements. It is not a very big point, which is why I shall not spend any more time today on it. The Minister has the wrong approach. He is simply creating bureaucracy and paperwork for no good purpose. If that is how the Government approach the whole Bill, we will have more trouble as we progress into more difficult areas. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
