Sale of Student Loans Bill
I think that I answered the hon. Gentleman's point. We have made it clear throughout that we expect borrowers—graduates—to be treated in exactly the same way whether their debt has been sold to the private sector or remains with the Government. There should be—and there will be, as far as this Government are concerned—equality of treatment. Another point was made by the right hon. Member for Wokingham (Mr. Redwood), who is no longer with us—
