Pensions Bill
For once, I am almost speechless. I will have to read carefully what the noble Lord has said when Hansard is published tomorrow. My only comment on this large group of government amendments concerns Amendment No. 91A. It would seem to be more appropriate to look for this provision in Clause 77, on definitions, which applies to the whole of Part 1. I offer that only as a thought.
