moved Amendment No. 91A: 91A: Clause 33, page 15, line 43, at end insert— ““(6) In this section, ““employer”” in relation to a worker means the person by whom the worker is or, if the employment has ceased, was employed.”” On Question, amendment agreed to. On Question, Whether Clause 33 shall stand part of the Bill?
