Pensions Bill
had given notice of her intention to move Amendment No. 112: 112: Clause 61, page 31, line 21, leave out ““may”” and insert ““must”” The noble Baroness said: In view of the Minister’s comment that this will still be under review, there is a glimmer of hope. On that basis, I will not press the amendment. [Amendment No. 112 not moved.]
