Department of Energy and Climate Change
My constituents will greatly welcome the measures announced today, especially the 80 per cent. target, which I called for in February. However, many of my constituents live in houses in multiple occupation. What can be done to assist them not only with prepayment meters, but to achieve the target and become more green, which is what they want?
