My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 32 to 35, to which I have spoken with earlier amendments. Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to. 36: Page 43, line 13, at end insert- ““(5A) In relation to England and Wales and Northern Ireland, a child who- (a) has a parent by virtue of section 42, or (b) has a parent by virtue of section 43 who is at any time during the period beginning with the time mentioned in section 43(b) and ending with the time of the child's birth a party to a civil partnership with the child's mother, is the legitimate child of the child's parents.””
