Proceeding contribution from Bob Russell (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 30 October 2008. It occurred during Debate on Defence Policy.

In many cases, that accommodation is woeful and does not help with the retention of experienced, skilled military personnel. We must bear in mind that we are already short of soldiers.
