Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 12 January 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL].
Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]
If Committee stage is to work, on things like this the Minister should go away and rewrite the provision. My final point is to ask the Minister to write to us providing the information about where this wording occurs in other legislation. He claims that it does. It would be interesting to know where. On that basis, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 13 withdrawn.
