Proceeding contribution from Lord Taylor of Holbeach (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 12 January 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL].
Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]
I think the noble Lord will find that that is set out in Clause 28 rather than Clause 27. Without being nitpicking, there is a general requirement under Clause 28. I am a little concerned about the reluctance to provide for a 12-month deadline in the Bill.
