Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister for that clarification. It would surely have been sensible to have considered and taken feelings from outside organisations and bodies that are much in favour of and support the Bill. The Minister is saying that consultation was just with the lawyers who drafted the Bill.
