The hon. Gentleman is discussing a long list of Labour’s, and in particular the Prime Minister’s, broken promises—the Prime Minister is going to introduce £1 billion of cuts in Scotland, in addition to everything else that is happening there and in Northern Ireland. May I remind the hon. Gentleman about last week’s Prime Minister’s questions? The Prime Minister told the hon. Member for Macclesfield (Sir Nicholas Winterton) that he would be""happy to debate the economy at any time in this House".—[Official Report, 11 March 2009; Vol. 489, c. 292.]" Could it be that the Prime Minister is somewhat less happy this week?
