Proceeding contribution from Yvette Cooper (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 18 March 2009. It occurred during Opposition day on The Economy.
The Economy
The enterprise finance guarantee scheme is available and people should ask their banks for it. If the hon. Gentleman has a case in which a particular business has been turned down for the scheme, I am happy to look into that case for him. I assure him that the enterprise finance guarantee scheme is in place. I want to turn to the measures that are in place to support the economy.
