Proceeding contribution from Michael Fallon (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 18 March 2009. It occurred during Opposition day on The Economy.
The Economy
Can we come back to the enterprise finance guarantee scheme? Is the Chief Secretary aware that the Kent and Medway branch of the Federation of Small Businesses has written to me, saying that""awareness of the scheme is patchy—among both business and, somewhat disappointingly, high street banks themselves."" Why are not these schemes better known and working properly in our constituencies?
