Health Inequalities
The hon. Gentleman is making an excellent and passionate speech in defence of his Government. On the funding formula, the reason that the Government introduced the review was actually the Health Committee report on funding and deficits, which recommended that there be a review. That was why it took place. The present Secretary of State inherited the decision.
