Clause 233: Enforcement of MCZs in Scottish offshore region Amendments A254AN to A254AQ A254AN: Clause 233, page 142, line 5, at end insert— "( ) in any area within the United Kingdom or the UK inshore region, in relation to an offence which the person reasonably believes has been committed within the Scottish offshore region;" A254AP: Clause 233, page 142, line 7, leave out "the United Kingdom or" A254AQ: Clause 233, page 143, line 3, at end insert— "( ) In this section "UK inshore region" means the area of sea within the seaward limits of the territorial sea adjacent to the United Kingdom."
