Proceeding contribution from Lord De Mauley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 31 March 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Postal Services Bill [HL].
Postal Services Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister for the sympathy that he expressed with the amendments. I also thank him for the clarification that the provision does not apply to the prospective partners’ percentage interest. I am not sure that I am much the wiser, but I will go away to give it further thought. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 28 withdrawn. Amendment 29 not moved.
