Postal Services Bill [HL]
I do not know whether I have done something wrong. If the Secretary of State is agreeing with something that I have said, I suppose I ought to be grateful. I will get the words right; I should be grateful, and I am. I hope that we will see the conclusion of the further discussions that are taking place before the Bill goes much further down the road, to the other end of this Building. For now, I am grateful, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 39 withdrawn.
