Amendment 62A 62A: Clause 56, page 46, line 37, at end insert— ““( ) No order may be made commencing section 52(1)(a) or (c), (2)(a) or (c), or (3)(a) or (c) (transfer of immigration or nationality judicial review applications) unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing the order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.”” Amendment 62A agreed. Amendment 63 not moved.
