Clause 287: General provision about the coastal access duty Amendment 124FZA 124FZA: Clause 287, page 175, line 3, at end insert— "( ) In aiming to strike a fair balance under subsection (3), Natural England and the Secretary of State must have regard to any benefit accruing to any person with a relevant interest in the land from the expectation of privacy."
