Schedule 8: Licensing: Minor and consequential amendments Amendment 22 22: Schedule 8, page 254, leave out lines 12 to 15 and insert— "(c) an exclusive economic zone, except any part of an exclusive economic zone in relation to which the Scottish Ministers have functions, (d) a Renewable Energy Zone, except any part of a Renewable Energy Zone in relation to which the Scottish Ministers have functions," Amendment 22 agreed.
