Amendment 2 2: Before Clause 1, insert the following new Clause— "The National Apprenticeship Service for England (1) There shall be a body corporate known as the National Apprenticeship Service for England which shall be the ‘English certifying authority’ in relation to apprenticeships. (2) In Parts 1 to 5, that body shall be known as the NAS. (3) Except as provided in sections 9 and 10, the NAS is to perform its functions in England only."
