Proceeding contribution from Lord De Mauley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 16 June 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill.

Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill

My noble friend explained his amendment with his usual clarity. Like the noble Baroness, Lady Walmsley, I agree with him, and I cannot imagine how the Minister could do otherwise.
