Proceeding contribution from Baroness Garden of Frognal (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 16 June 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill.
Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill
I will not be moving this amendment, but in the light of the Minister’s remarks we believe that this is an important principle. We are proud of our further education colleges. Having their names on certificates is an important issue. The Minister said that he would consider the matter and bring it back. We reserve the right to raise it again on Report. Amendment 10 not moved. Amendment 11 not moved. Clause 9 agreed.
