Clause 22: Jobseeker's allowance: sanctions for violent conduct etc. in connection with claim Amendments 140 to 145 not moved. Clause 22 agreed. Amendment 146 146: After Clause 22, insert the following new Clause— "Repeal of sections 62 to 66 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 In the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c. 19), omit sections 62 to 66 (loss of benefit for breach of community order)." Amendment 146 agreed.
