Clause 25: Contracting out functions under Jobseekers Act 1995 Amendments 151 to 153 not moved. Amendment 154 154: Clause 25, page 33, line 40, at end insert— "( ) shall specify the level of competency required to meet the needs of claimants with mental or physical disabilities (or both), ( ) shall specify the level of competency required to meet the needs of claimants with caring responsibilities, ( ) shall specify the level of competency required to meet the needs of claimants with drug dependency and alcohol issues, ( ) shall specify the level of competency required to meet the needs of claimants who are lone parents with dependent children, and ( ) shall specify the level of competency required to meet the needs of claimants who are lone parents and have been victims of domestic violence"
