Amendment 161A 161A: After Clause 28, insert the following new Clause— "Income-related benefits In section 123(1)(e) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) (income-related benefits), for "council tax benefit" substitute "council tax rebate"."
