Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 2 July 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.
Welfare Reform Bill

We are also exploring including housing support for disabled people and the disabled facilities grants arrangements. Those are some of the services that could be included.
