Clause 47: Infanticide (England and Wales) Amendment 171 171: Clause 47, leave out Clause 47 and insert the following new Clause— "Infanticide (England and Wales) Section 1 of the Infanticide Act 1938 (c. 36) (offence of infanticide) is repealed."
