Policing and Crime Bill
1: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause— "Transparency in policing As soon as possible, the Secretary of State will, under section 5 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36) (further power to designate public authorities), amend Schedule 1 of that Act to include the Association of Chief Police Officers."
