Proceeding contribution from Earl of Onslow (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 7 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Bribery Bill [HL].

Bribery Bill [HL]

I must set the record straight. It was purely an idle lapse of memory, which confused me. I was not in any way assuming it to be the noble Lord, Lord Goodhart. I knew that I meant the noble Lord, Lord Goldsmith.
