Personal Care at Home Bill

I am grateful to my hon. Friend for giving way. In the light of the contributions made by him and others, and in advance of the Minister's remarks in reply, it might be helpful for me to confirm that this is, in fact, a probing amendment and not one that will be forced to a Division. I believe that the amendment has led to an extremely helpful discussion, and I hope that what I have just said has changed the tenor of the debate on this particular group of amendments.
