Personal Care at Home Bill
Yes, indeed. Over the past few years, in my ministerial capacity, I have been able to try to resolve some of those issues, although it is not easy. I ask my hon. Friend the Minister for an assurance that there is proper dialogue and discussion between the Welsh Assembly Government and Welsh local authorities with regard to these issues.
