Proceeding contribution from Baroness Miller of Chilthorne Domer (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 12 January 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Digital Economy Bill [HL].
Digital Economy Bill [HL]
The Minister will be relieved that this is simply a probing amendment. It seeks to discover in new subsection (3)(d) what the Government think, ""any other requirement of the initial obligations code"," is likely to cover. This amendment was drafted before we had any idea what was likely to be in the code. I would be grateful if the Minister could outline what he thinks the other requirements are likely to be. I beg to move.
