Digital Economy Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister for his response. Having heard the noble Lord, Lord Lucas, I wonder whether the Minister’s promise to me is rather the same as his earlier promise to me of an earldom. However, I will, of course, look in Hansard at what he said. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 56 withdrawn. Amendments 57 and 58 not moved.
